I felt protected because I could share my anxiety about childbirth when we had a session.
If you've had a childbirth experience, you forgot about the last birth.
While there were some aspects that were difficult for my husband to understand,
such as my mental and physical changes and anxieties,
the doula was an existence that was easy to get close to emotionally.
It was helpful that there were many ways to contact us,
not just by phone, we had sessions by Zoom and LINE.
(It is often difficult to allocate time for only one tool.)

As this is my fourth pregnancy, I tend to focus on my older children, but as I interact with the doula,
It was a great opportunity for me to focus on my 4th baby.
I was able to get in touch with the doula immediately,
so I could talk about trivial matters with peace of mind at any time,
and I was able to talk at a close distance.
It was an opportunity to talk about such ideals and learn a lot about childbirth. So, I could think and tell the medical people that I want to do this at the time of childbirth.
I knew there was a birth plan, but I didn't know how to write it.
In fact, there were many things I didn't know what I could and couldn't do in the hospital as well.
