Full Support Through Pregnancy, Birth & Early Postpartum

From pregnancy through the early postpartum period, I offer continuous support as your birth doula — providing informational, emotional, and compassionate care, as well as non-medical bridging support throughout your journey.

During labor, I stay with you from early labor until several hours after your baby is born, helping create an emotional foundation of safety, calmness, and confidence for both you and your partner.

1. Full Pregnancy, Birth & Early Postpartum Support (In-Person)

What’s Included (for both full packages)

Prenatal Support (2–3 sessions)

Prenatal sessions at your home or online
Emotional preparation and support for birth-related questions and concerns
Birth plan and postpartum planning support
Non-medical communication support with healthcare providers

Please note: I am not a medical professional and do not provide medical advice or professional medical interpretation. My role is to help organize and communicate your wishes from a non-medical and supportive perspective.

Guidance for partners on emotional preparation and supportive involvement

Labor & Birth Support

Continuous support from early labor until several hours after birth
Practical comfort support through breathing, positioning, and pain-relief techniques
Emotional, mental, and physical care during labor
Non-medical communication support with medical staff
Emotional support and guidance for partners
Birth photography (optional)

If hospital policies restrict in-person attendance, I will flexibly provide online labor support and support outside the hospital as needed.

Postpartum Support (2–3 sessions)

Birth story reflection session
Basic breastfeeding and newborn care support
Emotional care for both mother and partner
Referrals to community resources, professionals, and local services
Daily life adjustment and mental health follow-up support

Unlimited Ongoing Communication

Throughout the contract period, you are welcome to contact me anytime via email, LINE, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other messaging platforms whenever you need support, reassurance, or simply someone to talk to.

2. Pregnancy & Postpartum Support Package

(No Labor Attendance / In-Person)

Includes:

2 prenatal sessions
1 postpartum support session
Unlimited chat support

3. Postpartum Care (Single Session)

2 hours: ¥8,000
Extension (30 min): ¥2,000

I offer a free 1–1.5 hour consultation for those interested in doula support.

You want to revisit your birth plan
Your emotions feel overwhelming

During these moments, I remain available and on-call to support you.

Over the months of pregnancy, we build a trusting relationship together. Having a familiar doula beside you during birth can bring deep reassurance, emotional safety, and confidence.

I also work closely with partners so that neither mother nor partner feels alone throughout the process.

In order to continue improving the quality of care and maintaining a safe, sustainable support system for families, the pricing for Doula Package Services will be revised starting January 1st, 2026.

My work has always been centered around creating an environment where every family can experience birth with safety, dignity, understanding, and respect.

The support I provide includes:

Long-term continuous support from pregnancy through postpartum
International doula education and ongoing professional training
24-hour on-call availability beginning two weeks before the estimated due date
Multicultural and multilingual communication support
Non-medical bridging support with healthcare providers

These services require deep presence, emotional energy, professional dedication, and ongoing learning.

In order to maintain and further strengthen the quality of care I provide, I have made the decision to revise the pricing structure.

I will continue supporting each family wholeheartedly so that your birth experience can be filled with choices that feel true to you, along with safety, trust, and emotional support.
