About individual session
Individual Consultation Sessions
For first-time pregnancy and childbirth in Japan,
most maternity classes and parenting classes are conducted only in Japanese,
and opportunities to participate in multilingual or English-friendly programs are still very limited.
If you are experiencing your first pregnancy, birth, or postpartum period and would like support with:
-
Feelings of anxiety or uncertainty
-
Having someone to listen to you
-
Understanding Japan’s healthcare system and maternity care
-
Organizing your thoughts and preparing for important decisions
please feel free to reach out.

Information Organization and Emotional Support for High-Risk Pregnancies
If you have a history of congenital conditions, advanced maternal age, underlying medical conditions,
or other factors that make your pregnancy more complex,
I can help you organize information and facilitate communication with your healthcare team when needed.
As a doula, I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis,
